More than the new maps, new careers and new cosmetics?
This is the thing, and I think it will cover all of your questions/quotes:
Whoever is prioritizing in Fat Shark is doing a really bad job. They have scattered over multiple projects and failed at almost every single one or they are really really far behind with the player base feedback and requests.
I see what are they trying to do here. They wanted to create an unlimited grindy mode which could’ve got them a lot of and bought them time to finish some other stuff. But it failed. So what have they done? Well one of the things was that they’ve continued to pour resources and cash into a team of people who are working on Versus!
Another risky game mode that the majority of players HAVE NOT asked for. If they have money to pay that extra staff to work on Versus they could’ve used that money and that staff to work on maps, emporium and improving the weaves.
I’m not saying that everything they do is a failure. They have created a wonderful game, one of my favorite games ever. But how they plan and prioritize the future of this game is really an industry horror story.
And yeah, what’s about those recurring bugs? Silent patrols and stuttering for instance? They fix them, introduce a new patch, the bugs come back. Fix them again, the bugs come back again in some later patch. What kind of code/version control is that?
And btw @Froh, lemme ask you this: If you play with any of the Sienna’s careers, how unique does each of her careers feel on a scale of 1 to 5 when compared with each other? And how well do you think they’ve used the lore spells for each of her careers, again on a scale of 1 to 5? How different and unique you think that Huntsman active skill is when compared with Shade’s?
