Thanks for getting back to me, I’m playing on Xbox, is there a guide on how to report the crash from a console? It seemed like the guide was only for PC.
@TheKrube ahh unfortunately we’re unable to retrieve crash logs from console. So please ignore my last comment, sorry!
Stability issues for Xbox is something we’re aware of and monitoring. We’re also looking into reports of disconnection errors. Regrettably, it isn’t something I can provide an immediate solution to now, but hopefully we’ll be able to improve things in future updates! Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.
I’m going to jump in here as well and complain. I bought this game when it released abd necer got around to playing nuch, BUUUT, once the great Omnissiah brought his Skitaari Alpha’s to Tertium, I COULDN’T delay any longer. (If you release more content for Skitaari, you won’t be able to take all my money fast enough. So pretty please keep more customization items coming (for the character models) insignias and frases are kinda meh. Anyhow, I’d say about 50% of ny time playing Darktide is waiting to reconnect to a game that crashed mid mission. Now lately it’s been during the cutscene post extracción, but before the mission rewards screen. So I have to spend time reconnecting to the match, just to see the rewards, then go through the load screen again to get back to the mourningstar.
