Prolly as a fix to the exploit since so many more people now know about it.
It’s not leaving the mission with a mod/alt + F4. it is crashing and after relogging and pressing reconnect i crash again…
you probably crashed because there’s a connection issue. rejoining just hits the same issue until that’s resolved on their end.
@Ol_Jakal You keep making up random things as if you had any clue about how any of it works. No that’s not “probably” that’s your baseless speculation. Connection issues usually result in some of the common error codes like error 2014, not in a game crash
@Nurax There’s instructions around on how to get your console log, can find via google “darktide console log”, if you wanna report stuff like that hit them with your console log on technical feedback subforums and it’s the best thing they could possibly get. It’ll let them see why you crashed and potentially fix it eventually
unlucky ig, happened to me a while ago n it was fine 
shouldve taken note of the error code and grabbed the logs for devs to look at
