Fuse V1 content with V2 for content

Hi FS,
loving the game as full time worker with family I have 160 hours and I’m on the brink to go permanentley to legend with my party of casuals.
As nobody seems to be really aware of what is coming next I thought I will drop an idea here in the forum.
I really liked how the maps and races from Total War: Warhammer 1 were implemented as free DLC for Total War: Warhammer 2 if you owned the first game. I assume that an adaption of the VT1 maps to VT2 could be a rather fast way to kick in a bunch of maps. Might just keep it with Skaven only as it was before. “Nightmare of Ubersreik” as a free DLC for those who own VT1 to enjoy the great maps such as: Black Powder, Horn of Magnus, Wizards Tower, Supply and Demand, Engines of War etc. with the new classes.

Of course this isn’t new content by any means but it would give us a little more map variety.

Easy made DLC ? Convert VT1 Maps/DLC to VT 2 and bring back Lore Notes

Fatshark, I for one would LOVE to see the original VT1 maps and DLC converted to VT2. Just like Left for Dead 2 did with the L4D missions, covert the original Vermintide missions/DLC to the Vermintide 2 interface. I never finished all my VT1 DLC. Being back in a VT mood and going to play them now, the VT1 interface is slow and clunky compared to VT2. It’s actually not nearly as enjoyable. A VT1 Map Pack DLC for VT2

Hi, I would very much like a DLC containing the Vermintide 1 Maps/Missions (from the base game) for VT2. I guess it would be easier to implement since you already got a lot of assets you could reuse, so it wouldn’t be that expensive to make and old time VT1 players and new players alike could enjoy these great maps again. Horn of Magnus, the Wizard’s Tower, Garden of Morr,…those were really good designed maps. Would be nice if we could also have them in VT2.

Integrating Vermintide 1

Hello. I loved the first game, the 2nd is in my opinion simply better. I was wondering… Could you “integrate” maps from the first game into the 2nd? Left for Dead style. I have no idea how much is the engine different and how much of a problem would that be, but it would be nice, if I could play both the old and new maps. It would also be funny to play the old maps with new enemies. I know there would be bit of a lore hick-up but it can be some sort of magic involved The 2nd thing - …

Vermintide 1 Maps for Vermintide 2

I think it would be terrific if vermintide 2 have the old maps from vermintide 1 map. Can rework the old maps to accumulate vermintide 2’s new enemies or something.

See those threads (and please use the search function) to read some conversation about this, and reasons for why it’s not necessarily as simple as it appears. I think FS knows by now that this is wanted, and the forum users are (or at least I am) getting a bit tired of a new thread on the topic popping up every week.
