Boss missions being harder have already been discussed several times.
To me the current quickplay system has a few flaws:

Playing through missions without much theme connection between them

Repeated missions

Those boss missions that people often aren’t in the mood for
For these issues I propose an ACT quickplay/custom mode that have the following features:

Progress sequentially through all 4 missions in a chosen/random act on the same difficulty

Losing offers restart without going to keep

Quickplay bonus available or similar of same value
-
No keep or timed keep to minimize delays between missions

Additional reward roll, reward re-roll or bonus loot dies for completion of act
