Looks like DirectX 12 is having some problems - do ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date.

Alternatively, you can switch to DirectX 11 within the launcher which will likely resolve this.

DX12 seems to be an issue for many people. Do you guys have a fix in the works? This DLC patch has caused a lot of problems.
