Directx 12 Crash on start-up

Hi I’m obtaining this error when I try to launch on DX12 mode:

Have popped this over to development to look in to - would recommend using DirectX 11 for now to avoid crashing. Apologies for the inconvenience.

so, it seems this is not fixed yet, my game crashes too
