FPS Limit in Shop- / Inventory- / Settingsmenu

Hello everyone,
since the new Update the Inventory and Menus are limited to 60FPS. Having this limitation with the combination of Vsync & Framgen feels really BAD. Is their a way to deactivate it for now in the config files? I was looking everywhere but was not able to find it. This limitation needs to be removed. It annoys me ALOT.

Just go into:

Settingsmenu
Inventory
All the Stations to upgrade and buy are also affected by this limitation

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Not a fix, but does it ‘feel better’ with FG turned off? I’m wondering if you’re feeling 30 FPS with a 2x multiplier.

A setting for in menu FPS would be nice.

I have not confirmed that. But my frustation was high enough that i created a mod to fix the issue for now.

Would it be easy to set the cap to 120 instead, or better 60 x FG?

Maybe. But we already have several options to limit our Framerate (In my case “vsync”). Why should the menu be reduced even further? Atleast we should get the option to turn it on/off. I dont understand why they hardcoded the limit into the code.

I suspect they did this as a quick scuffed hackfraud fix to menus spiking power draw which has been reported here. Insane “solution” if so

Is there already any information regarding a possible solution to permanently resolve this issue? I dont want this problem to be forgotten. There have already been two/three patches without any adjustments.
