FPS issue from last 2 patch

Issue Description:
Second patch from last:

  • Game crash at launch. I’ve seen on forums it might be related to crash logs and a solution was to delete the logs which i did and it worked.
  • I’ve lost ~20 fps after this patch

Last patch (traitor part 1):

  • Also lost ~20 fps, this is becoming unplayable. In a span of a week, without touching anything and have no issues at all on other games, i’ve lost 40 fps on average. I’m already running everything on low/off.

Also every time i start a mission i got big fps drops, this was always the case but since last patch i also freeze now. Got a freeze on the first enemy and died, not just downed but died. My friends didn’t even understood what happened

I’ve come to accept this is how the game works.

As far as I like the game, the technical issues are the thing that made me ponder a refund when I bought it.

I have random freezes throughout the matches, I assume it’s when new enemies or new effects are being loaded.

I second that.

Setup:
Ryzen 7 5800 X 3,8 GHz
32 GB Ram
M.2 SSD
AMD RX 6800 16 GB

So not a top-notch but not a push-over either. Game ran very smoothly till the Traitor Update.

It’s now definitely worse on my end too.

I am running into frequent hitching issues even on the Mourningstar. I dip from steady 120 FPS to 80-90 quite frequently and it feels like i am rubberbanding when it happens. I just recently started playing the game again but i didn’t experience these hitches until the Traitor Curse patch came out.

The game’s running on a M.2 970 Evo Plus drive.

I turned everything to low and removed any postprocessing effect, there are still these freezes that definetly do not depend on the graphics but on the loading.

I also have the game on an NVMe drive, so not really an issue loading assets.

Yeah PC and Xbox is bricked since recent updates.

Convinced their engine devs all left for other work since these issues should have been dealt with early, yet here we are almost 1 year later.

They did forget AMD hardware existed in one of their patches after-all.
