Fortunes of War waves are not spawning

I have attempted 4 times today and all of them have been stopped due to the waves not spawning like they should. I made it to wave 4 3 times with it ending after the Stormfiend wave, miraculously made it to wave 6 one time, only for it to stop spawning enemies abruptly. I sat for 5 whole minutes with nothing spawning anymore. I am on Xbox One X. Should you have any questions regarding this, Gamertag: llEZPZll.

@Aqshy, will this be looked into? I get very disappointed in attempting this map when it abruptly stops spawning waves. I will add that I did attempt it with a full team and had made it to wave 6+ on legend. But my said attempts beforehand were on Cata with bots, I feel like Bot AI could be the cause? I have video proof showing I was on Wave 6 with nothing spawning.

Looks like support has marked this as ā€œacknowledgedā€, meaning thereā€™s likely a Jira ticket on it for devs to look into.

Has this happened to you recently? Hotfix 5.1.5 shouldā€™ve fixed this.

Yes. It did it quite frequently. I made 3 attempts, one stopped on wave 6 and the other two wave 4. I noticed it didnā€™t do this with a team full of players, but does it solo. I was frustrated with this because I was making honest attempts at earning my FoW Cata frame, and have been in the past.

When did this last happen? The hotfix that solved this issue was launched like a few hours after your original post I think, hence why Iā€™m asking.

Gotcha, please do! And if it does bug out, please provide us with the console logs of the player who was acting as host.

Just in case, hereā€™s how to upload your console logs to us:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ā€˜OKā€™
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload the appropriate console log to your forum post

I play this on Xbox One X. Is there any other way to help validate this problem should it arise?

Oh! I see, my bad. I donā€™t think thereā€™s a way to get console logs for console Iā€™m afraid, no.
But on top of that, apologies, I went to double check after you said that and it turns out that this fix has not made it to Console and, due to some technical issues, wonā€™t make it to console for a while.

It will come but it might have to wait until the next patch, which will take a while. Super sorry about that!
