Issue Description:
deflector force sword not blocking bullets while reviving anymore

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. try to revive someone with deflector blessing
  2. it doesn’t work
  3. cry because that was one of the only things psyker was good at

It´s intended since it was broken af.

Yeah they nerfed psyker. “Fixed” deflector, now barely worth having.

It´s still superior against range units as gap-closer or you just stay in front of a downed mate and someone else is rezzing. It´s just not as broken as before to carry runs pretty easily.
