In game not seeing any charged attacks proc heatsink, yet on keep dummies it is.
After some more testing on mod realm with damage numbers, charged fireballs seem to no longer crit, only left clicks crit.
Tested as client and host, same behavior.
This has been my experience in the few runs i did, but i did not test with mods
This is still an issue in live 1.2.
