Doesnt work on flamethrower charged attacks.
This is an unfortunate side effect of how the flamethrower’s charged attacks work: the heat they generate come from charging the weapon, not from the actual attack. Heat Sink makes the attack not cost any heat. So as you cannot crit on the charge, it cannot activate, and as the hits don’t generate heat, it cannot refund any. It works as intended, even if that way feels stupid and useless.
