Did you know that Bethesda, despite being a awful company that engages in predatory practices such as store rotations, actually lets players buy from previously rotated items, provided they contact their support team?

I can actually vouch for this. I was in the process of getting married, and missed the Werewolf Lord polymorph. I explained my what happened to support, and after a few days, they asked if they could remove the crowns from my inventory, and added the polymorph. Got a very bland, and robotic reply when I tried that with Fatshark. I even bought extra Aquilas JUST to triple the amount the pack would cost….still nothing.

It’s a metal recolor of the Boulder of Bagodan pack, barring the gasmask. A recolor of the gasmask was in the shop rotation earlier and is extremely likely to show up again.
Already did that. That’s why I’m hoping to get the Vanguard pack, whenever that does drop, because I think it will match it PERFECTLY. But the only Bullgryn mask that’s been available was the poo poo brown one, that matches absolutely nothing lol.
To be fair the support staff are genuinely cool. They always seem to really want to help.
I feel like with this, their hands are tied. Someone higher up has set some strict policies on cosmetics, and they aint budging no matter how much we’ve rallied against this.
Most of us don’t want cosmetic exclusivity to platforms, nor do we want the store rotation. I sense, simply because I have only seen one single response from a CM regarding this, that somebody over there is defending this store like their child. Its a pretty bad kid though, Fatshark!
probably because they speak chinese, or are occupied learning it.
