Eviscerator special attack can't trigger Preacher Bloodletting

Issue Description:
When using the bloodletting talent on Preacher the eviscerator does not trigger bleed on enemies hit by crits.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select the bloodletting talent as Preacher
  2. Use the special on the Eviscerator
  3. Charge a Crusher and hit them with a heavy attack (Crusher is chosen as they can actually survive this attack)
  4. No bleed is caused

I can confirm this. Critical hits do not apply bleed so the perk cannot be activated
