Scourge sometimes fails to trigger when hitting a bleeding enemy in a manner which kills it

Scourge does not grant increased crit chance sometimes when hitting a bleeding enemy if said bleeding enemy dies to the hit that is supposed to grant the crit chance increase.

I think that this bug occurs due to it checking if the enemy is bleeding after the hit, and sometimes the system resolves the enemy dying before it resolves that check, and as such it reads that the enemy is not bleeding, because it is dead, and I assume that the value for “is_bleeding” is default 0, and set to default on enemy death.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Go to match, use, for example, Eviscerator Mk XV with Bloodletter.Attack a dreg shooter with a “revved up” light attacj and then attack it with light 2, and it should die to the second attack (on damnation) and not give a stack of crits even though the hit enemy was bleeding.
