Scourge talent doesn’t activate and doesn’t appear on the buff bar
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
after a critical hit on an ennemy it apply bleed so it should activate the talent and the icon should appear but it doesn’t,
i tried in the psykanium on a crusher just with bleed proc from the talent but it doesnt seems to activate the crit buff of the talent,
when i apply a bleed with another weapon and then hit it, sometimes it works but not consistently
and on chaff it seems like killing one while he’s bleeding doesn’t proc the talent either
