Issue Description:
Foreword: Most, but not all, observations here are made as per comparison to the CBT. Some issues are independently visible.
There’s a few aspects to this, where ranged enemies and their interaction with engagement ranged is far less fluid than the CBT, but the gist is as follows:

- Enemy melee engagement range is extremely low, and relatively inconsistent and unreliable

- Enemy engagement range is inconsistent between enemy types even of the same ‘tier’ (i.e. all ranged chaff) in a way that, if intentional, feels extremely buggy.
- When closing into melee, AI in melee range can break away and disperse, or step out of it while firing
- Enemies already in melee sometimes start firing even when still in engagement range

- This can happen even when very close
- Enemies in melee range will ignore you and shoot at allies if they are already targeting them

- They will do so until staggered. Light damage does not always change the aggro / target
- Ranged sometimes explicitly ignore you altogether, running past you to target allies. This happens with melee enemies as well, but makes more sense and doesn’t conflict with an established mechanic (engagement)
All enemies above are ranged chaff units (untaggable) unless otherwise specified. However, this is noticed with elites (Gunners and shotgunners, but I believe it’s intended behaviour for the latter? Though shotgunners are extremely inconsistent when you’re close, and will seemingly randomly swap between melee and ranged) as well.

0:00 - Longer that most bits just to show the testing method I’m using.
0:11 - first actual example. Notice how before I even begin my dodge, the AI is already setting up to shoot.
0:19 / 0:24 - Same as above, but more obvious. I’m even being shot before leaving engagement range.
0:25 / 0:33 - Long before I even start my dodge, and still within engagement range, the AI stops approach to melee and prepares to fire. Shoots me when I finish my dodge at what might be out of engagement range.
0:36 / 0:43 - same as above.
0:44 / 0:48 - Enemy shoots when I am clearly in engagement range.
0:50 / 0:59 - Same as above, but even more clear. Especially when the start of this clip was the enemy lunging from an even further range.
1:01 / 1:05 - Extremely clear example of being in engagement range the entire time but the enemy still stopping and shooting me.
1:09 / 1:11 - After dodging this time, enemy then stops to shoot me as I walk around them all whle in engagement range.
1:14 / 1:18 - Long after dodging I run past the enemy at very close range. They stop to shoot me.
1:23 / 1:33 - Similar to earlier, but this time I start and end the dodge closer. All clearly in engagement range.
1:36 / 1:38 - Enemy stops mid charge to start shooting at me. I end the last dodge outside of engagement range, but they cancel out before I begin the dodge that put me outside of engagement range.
1:43 / 1:46 - A more egregious example of the previous timestamp.
1:50 / 1:54 - As above, but this time I ended the dodge clearly within engagement range, significantly closer than the start of numerous lunge attacks the AI made.
------Second Part-----
2:00 / 2:07 - Enemies ignore me completely as I cut through them, choosing to focus instead on the Ogryn. or even the downed Psyker. As the Ogryn is wielding a melee, this is possible believable, but none shoot me even though I’m closer and actively attacking, as occurred in the CBT.
2:10 / 2:14 - Marked enemies clearly see and target me as those in front are engaged in melee, but inexplicably target the player with a gun standing behind me a fraction of a second later.
2:20 - Enemy readies a gun and targets me while within engagement range (closer than some enemies a few seconds ago). Shoots at me even as the Ogryn enters what is clearly engagement range (as the AI is killed moments later).
2:22 / 2:36 - Enemy shotgunner entirely ignores my presence, instead choosing to shoot at an ally far further away from me.
2:40 - I believe this entirely clip speaks for itself. 6+ ranged enemies charge through me to fire at allies in another room. I am wielding a melee, they do not swap to melee or even acknowledge my presence even as I hit them.
