Elf Dual Swords Weapon Switch Delay After Charge Attack

Issue Summary:
After using a charge attack on dual swords, pressing or even spamming q will not do anything until at least a full second has passed since the end of the charge attack animation.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Charge attack with dual swords
  2. Press or spam weapon switch button
  3. Wait and see the delay

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)
