Issue Description:
There is a significant delay before you can use the keybind to switch to Brain Burst after swinging a Duelling Sword which is not present when doing the same but using your scroll wheel instead of the keybind. It seems you can only switch using the keybind after the sword’s swing animation has completed. No other items/slots are affected by this. Setting Brain Burst to a different keybind does nothing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Swing a Duelling Sword and immediately attempt to switch to Brain Burst using its respective keybind.
