Can't swap to melee weapon while charging staff

Issue Description:
Sometimes, your non-movement inputs will be ignored while charging or releasing charge (right click then left click) from the purgatus staff. Repeated inputs does not solve the problem, you can only swap weapons after stopping your staff action. Ult will be delayed/ignored for a bit, but not completely ignored.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Psyker with purgatus staf
  2. Hold right click OR Hold right click and then left click
  3. Try to swap weapons, use ult/f, etc
  4. Occasionally you won’t be able to swap until you are no longer charging/releasing the staff, and ult will sometimes be delayed.
