It’s an unfortunately difficult standard to consistently uphold on a large scale because of human nature, yes. Biases will always develop amongst the stupidest of us and suddenly a form of intolerance they practise “isn’t intolerance anymore” because of any number of stupid reasons. Those of us who’re above typical levels of human self-awareness can only do so much.
Yeah, I didn’t feel the need to elaborate, things should be clear unless you’ve been living under a rock or lack self-awareness.
LOL this bar is DT bot-level low.
Are you comparing a BABY with an ADULT???
Just to tell it to you… if you have the mod that shows you the steam account name, and you see my name, avoid insulting etc. Because you have 99.9% chances I report you (the 0.1% is if something is immediately disturbing me and that I would forget to do it after).
I agree, with the proviso that good speech is honest speech, and while insults are often ad hominems, sometimes they’re well supported conclusions.
Holy hell how are you not lazy to do this, lul.
keep this up man this is hilarious
I’ll thank you not to lump us all the same Valkyrie, some of us can appreciate a bit of nuance…

Dante, I don’t doubt for a second that you’ve been through things most people here haven’t — and that kind of experience builds a certain kind of strength. But it’s not the only kind. There’s also strength in being able to de-escalate, in choosing not to lash out even when you’re angry, and in creating space where people can speak without fear of being mocked or attacked. That kind of control — emotional, not just physical — is harder for most people to develop, especially online where outrage is cheap. Choosing to communicate with respect, even when you disagree, or are even frustrated, isn’t weakness. It takes more strength and discipline to resist that urge than not. It’s just a different discipline. And one that, in spaces like this, makes a bigger impact than throwing verbal punches.
Acting on impulse is the way of an NPC. Don’t let yourself be governed by your feelings. This isn’t a public space. We are guests on fatshark property. Any perceived censorship you incur is only brought on by yourself.
I mean if I am to choose between siding with you or siding with Randall Munroe (the guy behind xkcd comics) then I know who I’m picking lol
