Disconnects in different regions

Issue Description: I get frequent unplayable lag (upwards 5-10 seconds) and disconnects but only when playing with friends in premades who live on the east coast (I live on the west coast). Quickplay games almost never have any lag.

**Error Displayed (If Applicable):2001, when the lag results in disconnects

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play with friends on East Coast vs West Coast
  2. Play for about an hour or so.
