The “70+ weapons” was always nothing more than advertising. In reality you have a bunch of reskins of the same weapon with minor stat differences, which Fatshark counts as completely unique weapons for marketing purposes.

They’re a hidden item in the cash shop. In order to unlock them, you have to buy two full cosmetic packs.
Then you need to press: up, down, left, right, A, B, Esc followed by saying “Praise the Emprah” three times.
Only then will you unlock all of the weapons.
Don’t give them ideas…
