Weekly quest do 3 daylies, dont count completions or sometimes dont, i did 4 quests (2 left from previous week) and only one accepted from those, I think its something about CW that make them not count in being cw or after doing cw
(not sure if rest of weeklies didnt count after normal qp, didnt look what it was in it)

Happened to me today as well. Had kill 25 elites got it done, no progress. Re-rolled another quest into kill 25 elites daily, did it, no progress for 3 dailies weekly quest.
Daily quests were done in CW.
Some more info on this. Yesterday evening I logged back in and saw that my 3 dailies weekly that was 1/3 done had regressed to 0/3 done.
