I am verifying the integrity of the game files per the recommendation of the console log.

Is this a persistent issue for you, or have you been able to resolve this by verifying your install?

This issue has been persistent for me.; An analysis of the latest Crash Dump (947.5 KB) via WinDBG suggests that it might have something to do with the ‘swprintf_s’ function.

Note: this dump file will show that I’m now using a couple mods (Scoreboard, NumericUI), but this crash to desktop has been happening at least once every few games.

I’ve reached out to my colleagues for their advice here, and I’ll keep you posted.

We’re not able to pinpoint the exact cause of this unfortunately. I’ve been advised that you would be best off running through the solutions listed here:

Thank you. Let the team know that I followed all the steps and still had issues. So, I went in to my UEFI and disabled resizable bar and 4g decoding which disabled Smart Access Memory. I also reinstalled the latest chipset drivers. I’ve had four or so missions with no crashes since.
