Failed decompression error-crashed in loading screen

We kindly ask that you complete the questions below. With this information, we can investigate your issue properly.

Issue Description:

I just bought the game on steam via windows PC, launched it, finished creating a character and pressed start(in to the prologue maybe), after about 5 mins of loading, the game crashed with message: Failed decompress ‘#ID[c9e95dd9]’ error: Oodle detected corruption in compressed segment, Make sure that your game files are not corrupt by <VERIFY in steam.

I tried verify the file, uninstall and re-install, updated driver and reboot, created another character, no luck but all ends in same crush situation.

It sounds like this is a persistent data corruption issue. Please see: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021425793--PC-How-to-Resolve-Data-Corruption-Errors

I eventually decided to reinstall in another drive, and it became normal now. Praise to the Emperor!
