Fatal Error after character selection on starting game

I receive the error message 'Failed decompress ‘#ID[f48dcdc5]’, error: Oodle detected corruption in compressed segment, Make sure your game files are not corrupt by in steam. Contact support if this still occur after verifying the game files.

I press OK, the game closes. I have verified Integrity of the game files successfully.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Open Steam
Select game
Launch
Select Character
Waiting to arrive in the lobby
error message appears, press OK and then game closes

Just to confirm that I have installed the latest update and the problem is still occurring. Does Darktide use the same easycheat software that vermintide does or does it use a different anti-cheat software? I am checking firewall rules and want to make sure all relevant apps are allowed. I have also completed an integrity check, checked RAM for issues and checked by SDD for issues - none found.

I fixed it by reinstalling the game. I use Steam, uninstalled and reinstalled and that resolved the issue. May suggest that the integrity checker isn’t working properly?
