Crashes (I suyppose not GPU-related)

Asking for a friend.
His specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-core 3.79 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
RTX 3070
SSD
Edit: adding he uses Windows11

Since the beta he never had disconnections but had several crashes. They happen during gameplay, crashes to desktop. Last night 4 times.
GPU crash dump folder is empty, I think this means it is not GPU-related.

Two of these crashes were GPU-related. We’re working with our hardware partners to resolve these, though our solutions here may help:

I am in a similar boat as OP. Here’s my crash dumps (none in GPU folder) and logs as well, if it helps.

My friend (I’m writing for him) tried to lower worker threads to 1 and he finally had a smooth game.
