We could still have 1 of each MK, or maybe even more than 1, so that we can have different perk/blessing combinations to include in loadouts.
Outside of that, i do not get why you would think that it would generally be a good thing to keep multiple copies of each specific weapon in your inventory.
Umm… @Nish@Flawless…
I think at some point I’ve also got confused.
Why, even if a weapon could be maxed out would we want to keep multiple units of the same weapon? Simple - different builds.
Bolter made for sniping / precise elimination of armoured targets would have a different blessings and perks than one made as allrounder.
If you want to quickly change gear based on team composition you need another unit made for different build.
Also, some blessings can make up for talents that we do not have points for (poor man’s version but alas in a pinch it can suffice).
For example Bolter with “Gloryhunter” can be “Confirmed kill” from wish in that case.
I stand with Flawless on unlocking full potential of a weapon.
It’s the max values that should be adjusted for balance with perks and blessings being used as means to make weapons more flexible. But that’s easier said than done.
Also, did you even try to look at stats distribution where you have 100% in each bar but only 380 points to distribute? 100% Damage, 100% Stability, 100% Collateral, 80% mobility and 0% reload speed. Or 76% on each… IT JUST FEELS WRONG!
I wanted to scream when I first saw a weapon with 302 rating and 0% in one stat.
IT’S HORRID AND MADE ME WANT TO VOMIT AND DIE.
Personalization should be made with purity seals, name tags, kill scratches, pins from campaigns, etc. etc. ERRATUM: and scopes, and torches, and other attachements.
Currently, yes. I remember in one dev post or somewhere it was noted that 80% is the current maximum so they have room for growth, although that was around the time where t5+ blessing were on the table too.
