Counterfire Not Marking Scab/Dreg Shooters

Issue Description:
For a majority of the time when the counterfire feat is taken Scab/Dreg shooters will not be marked/highlighted and will not refresh the focus fire time if killed. Focus fire time may also not be refreshed when they are highlighted and then killed. It will occasionally function as intended but not always.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip counterfire feat for veteran
  2. Play any mission
  3. Activate focus fire
  4. Counterfire will not perform its described function

Issue Description:
Having a similar issue to Panda. It does seem to reliably highlight Scab Ranged enemies for me, but it only seems to reset duration with special/elite kill.

When in the Psykhanium, it works as intended and I get have Volly Fire active continuously by just killing one enemy over and over. It seems to work correctly, cause I’ve tried it with special/elites and the Scab and Dreg shooters.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip counterfire feat for veteran
  2. Play any mission
  3. Activate focus fire
  4. Counterfire will not perform its described function
