Cosmetics for neceomancer and only necromancies not showing up

I’ve bought the ultimate edition for steam after swapping from ps a little while ago, was excited to play necromancer as sienna was my favorite class prior. Everytime I go to the “cosmetics” tab, two of her three options are missing, “hero skins” and “weapon illusions”. I thought maybe she wasn’t it’s just a simple install and reinstall bug but I’ve done a couple times now and nothing appears to change. All the other hero’s including their DLC paths do not share this problem. I’ve searched online but I don’t see anyone with the same exact problem as this. It’s not a huge deal since it’s just cosmetics but it would be nice to grab my edgy hood.

Thanks! The DLC for your account appears to be owned and active correctly, so nothing seems out of place there.

Curious, are you using any mods? Just wonder if a mod is somehow affecting your shop menu visibility?

If not, could you please provide a console log from a session that you enter the Keep, load the store and attempt to view the Necromancer pages; as it would be good to see what’s going on under the hood:

No I haven’t touched any mods yet this is basically a fresh download.

I may not understand something or simply be wrong but even though I don’t own the Necromancer Cosmetics Upgrade, I own all the other packs.

The screenshot you show is of the Cosmetics tab in the shop, where you can only buy cosmetics for shillings or those cosmetics that are bought with real money but NOT part of a career pack (necromancer doesn’t have any of those, only those in the whole cosmetic pack)

The cosmetics you talk about and bought from that pack for Necromancer should simply be in your inventory (where you choose equipment/talents for Necromancer) in the Cosmetics tab, choosable in Hero Skin and Headgear options.

So, if I’m not missing something, check the cosmetics tab. It’s the one where you pick the Portrait Frame and Hero Pose, as well as Headgear and Hero Skin. It’s in the inventory, not the shop.
