Issue Description (Required):
Cosmetics are not showing in the inventory or in cutscenes during missions. ( Edit - weapon skins appear as the default skins on other players during gameplay, though, you can see your unique skins in first person, but other players can’t see yours. )
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Open the inventory and select a unique skin. The skin does not change and appears only as the default weapon skin.
