1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory

You’re using the Vermintide 1 bonus skins. Those ones don’t allow you to change hats for whatever reason.

I bought Morr’s Mask from Lohner’s Emporium of Wonders for 1670 shillings. No mention that it wouldn’t load on there. Perhaps at the worst I could get my 1670 shillings back to buy something else.

Fixed…seems I was wearing the wrong body cosmetic.
