Missing Cosmetic items in Vermintide

Issue Description:
I recently bought all the DLC from Steam, and I was looking through the heroes and their cosmetics, I believe that I am missing several of them, and I like to be sure that I have all the cosmetic items that I paid for.

The ones I know I’m missing are the portraits, and head armour for some of the heroes

I can not upload the video of me going through each of my available cosmetics due to file size

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Hi @LordDragonic

Cosmetic Upgrade DLC for older premium careers (Grail Knight, Outcast Engineer) are slightly different, in that the cosmetics must be unlocked via completion of Okri’s Challenges.

This was changed for newer careers after player feedback, but for these careers I can appreciate it is a little confusing!
