I’ve bought the Outcast Engineer Cosmetics upgrade, yet haven’t received them in-game. I checked the DLC tab in-game, and it confirms I purchased it, I checked steam’s DLC install list, it says I have it installed, and I’ve verified my game cache, among restarting a number of times. I even played 4 or 5 games to make sure it wasn’t tied to completing a level. I’ve seen no other users report this issue, Perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place?

I suppose it does explain it! Thank you for the assistance! I logged in today to find the weapon skins unlocked, where before there were none, so that’s that.
