I have completed the required challenges to obtain the Outcast Engineer frame but it doesnt show up in my cosmetic menu. I own the cosmetic upgrade.
Things i have tried to fix the problem:
- Restart the game with/without mods
- Disable the cosmetic upgrade dlc from the games Steam properties
The frame still doesnt show up 
I have attached screenshots of the completed challenge and the frame menu.
