Cosmetics, character & aquilas transfer to steam account

I just bought Warhammer 40,000: Darktide - Imperial Edition during the recent steam sale and during its launch. I bought 8300 aquilas, and additionally i got700 aquilas as bonus of the purchases during my time using the xbox games pass + I should get 2500 more with the purchase of Imperial Edition . I trying to logging in the game trough of steam account with my fatshark account ( the one that I got with the xbox game pass / windows), its doesn`t allow me to go in. I don’t want to loose the character, the cosmetics and the remain aquilas on the xbox game pass.

It may help, my email is the same for both account , also i have linked the xbox game pass account with my steam account (RAGDEX 1979 )

i`m not shure if i was created asossiation beetween steam account and fatshark account.

I´m understand, but I´m not sure what is or not a premium, (sorry Im new in this game) regards to the characters I dont care if this can be transfer, I just don´t want to lose the money invested on the xbox account.

In relation to the level transfer, I just need to create a new character with the same clases on the steam account?.

In relation to the aquila spend on the xbox account could make me a refund and transfer it to steam, due the purchases were made less than 30 days ago?

Hi Ram, premium currency = Aquilas.

We won’t be able to move this over to your new account or refund the purchases.

You may wish to try contacting Xbox Support, but they are usually reluctant to refund premium currency purchases.

What is mentioned is quite strange, due to the fact that I read in a post that er possible, as this transfer was done before in a case similar to mine in May this year.

Hi @Armoredmonkey, I’ve transferred your current Aquilas balance from Xbox to Steam for you. However, as the cosmetic bundle was purchased outside of our 30-day refund period I’m unable to refund this and transfer any Aquilas already spent. Regrettably, we’re also unable to transfer cosmetics between platforms at this time. Apologies!

On the other hand, please can you guide me how or where to request the aquilas refund on Xbox GP?

Hi Ram, we’ve changed our policy since Lev’s post in May. We’ve had to do this due to newly introduced restrictions.

The second post you’ve linked here does not say we can move Aquilas, it only shares the article explaining what can and cannot be moved.
