Cosmetics on the other hand are supposed to be rare. Just wait for the DLC, we’re hopefully getting a ton of new cosmetics with challenges to acquire them.

Yeah, let’s just wait a year or two.

Is 1 cosmetic item in 400 commendations rare enough?

As far as I know there should be one cosmetic item in about 100 chests.
