Aside from stating this should be instead be in the bug report forum-
Surgical Strike on helbores recognizes the beginning of charging as firing the weapon, which resets the counter. I already reported that it also doesn’t increase damage in range to flak and unyielding armor types, but I’ll put it here too. I’ll add that holding a charge doesn’t allow sustained fire to reset.

We’ve disagrees on stuff in the past but this is really great that you’re doing this, I appreciate the work you’re doing to compile all this stuff.
The surge staff combined with warp flurry is bugged. Once you have 5 stacks the staff no longer does most of its damage
Nomanus Mk VI Surge Staff Force Staff that has the blessing Warp FLurry will after 4 chained attacks not do any critical hits that is about to occur. As well as causing the last and biggest damaging hit to not happen at all.
This causes the Surge Staff to become ‘useless’ after 4 chained secoundary attacks.
If 10 low charge attacks is chained together, 6 of them will not do any critical hits and all of those 6 attacks will not deal the last and biggest damaging hit.

I hope they don’t fix this in the next patch, this might be fun to try out. Since it also applies to ripper guns, now I know why ripper ogryns are dealing 1.5x the total damage of an aggressive vet/zealot. Quite happy to see it’s just a bug.

Warp Flurry is bugged when hitting 5 stacks for purge and surge:
The Warp Flurry blessing is bugged for the Purgatus and Surge staves. When at full stacks (after 5 casts), the staff will get a weird pause before it will start charging. This pause generates peril per second but does not generate any charge for the staff, countering the benefit of this blessing.
Steps to Reproduce:

Bulwark shield direction is calculated from the user, not from the Trauma explosion (this is still the case, it didn’t use to do this before Trauma buffs):
Bulwark Shield now blocks the AoE of Trauma Staff, but it seems to be entirely based on where the player is standing in relation to the shield. If I stand in front of the shield, it blocks the AoE, if I stand behind the Bulwark, opposite its shield, it does not. It does not matter where I aim the AoE, only where I am standing.
Steps to Reproduce:
Enter the Meat Grinder with a Trauma Staff equipped
Stand in front of the Bulwark

Blazing Spirit weapons don’t give any chance to get a warp charge with Ascendant Blaze if the hit applying the effect kills the target:
When killing something with a critical hit from a Voidstrike with the Blazing Spirit blessing and having Ascendant Blaze, it will not yield any warp charges.
You can see that the visual effect of Soulblaze triggers on the bodies but it seems it is applied post mortem. Weapons with Blazing Spirit should first apply the effect and then the critical hit to the target.

Skullcrusher on veteran’s shovel is working as intended. The damage buff applies only when the enemy is staggered (see dev response in the post).
Tactical Axes not pushing poxbursters has been fixed already. (patch 1.0.22)
