Sorry to hear this @VADOKSAM. You do appear to be running into a GPU-related crash.
The thread you found is a little old now, and afaik latest AMD driver version 26.8.1 should be stable again.
Could you please try uninstalling your current GPU drivers using a dedicated driver removal tool e.g. DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), which will advise steps to do so in Safe Mode; and then reinstall clean latest GPU drivers.
If the crash still persists, it may also be helpful to try running through our other GPU crash solutions here:

It took a while to get this, though. Went 15 games perfectly, then suddenly, without any change, it began to crash again.
Stability is the same (if slightly worse) made 0 difference. However, that was to be expected. As I’ve already gone up & down the driver versions like a yo-yo. (I’ve been up & down the worker threads & graphics settings like a yo-yo too). I’m stumped as to what’s causing this. Because aside from the crashes, the game is STABLE and runs smooth as butter. No performance issues. It’s so random. Perhaps one of the AMD settings in-game is fking the game up???

Appreciate the updates! Something still isn’t playing nicely relating to your GPU.
It may be helpful to perform a clean reinstallation of Darktide, to ensure a clean slate for both your game files and settings, which involves deleting your AppData (please note custom settings e.g. keybinds, graphics, loadouts etc. will be reset):
Also, just in case, please check you have latest Windows updates installed. Just on the off-chance that outdated OS could be muddling something.
Ok, I’ll try this too, as I’m still getting the same error below. IDK, I’m on a top-tier system; this is the only game that does this. I even bought new GPU cables, cleaned out my computer, just in case it was some sort of hardware issue. Obviously this didn’t work either.
If this doesn’t work Ima just bail. As Darktide is the only game that does this. Fingers crossed

This recent crash shows another GPU hang occurred. We are aware that latest AMD driver version 26.8.1 can cause GPU timeout crashes in many games, though it seems to be very inconsistent. We haven’t received widespread reports about this driver version specifically, and rolling driver version back didn’t help, so I suspect it may still be an issue local to your machine.
As you’ve exhausted our usual solutions, I’d be happy to contact Steam on your behalf and request a refund. I appreciate this isn’t an ideal outcome, but please let me know if this is something you wish to do.
