we are playing on PC.
i live 300 meters from my friend and our ping is usually 170.
both of us have good internet
(he has 100 mb download and 5 upload, i have 200 download and 5 upload).
I don’t know the reason the connection is that bad, in any other game we have 15-20 ping.
vermintide network setting: 2 megabits upload speed ingame. network packets off
region: israel
dl region: israel (both of us)

Wait for Fatshark. There’s nothing we can do at the moment.
Problems started with 3.4 patch and they have tried fixing it a couple of times since but it’s not where it used to be.
Just keep putting your console logs here or send in a support ticket through their website. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon as well.

Try changing this Steam setting, and ask your friend to do the same in their Steam settings:
In Steam → Settings → In-Game → Steam Networking → change from ‘Default’ to either ‘Always’ or ‘Friends Only’.
See this Steam Support article for more info on the above Steam Networking setting: Peer-to-Peer Networking and Sharing Your IP Address
