Class regrind is too much

Its already a pain to re-grind the levels for a second character. But why not give us the option just like in V2 to just make (or buy) powerful weapons so we can jump into higher difficulties?
You have to basically regrind the whole game 4 times if you want to have all 4 classes to play, which, at 10 hours of only having come close to level 9. That is on average an 30 hour grind, and that 4 times total.

I would suggest that all currencies should be shared across characters.
That the power of weapons is as high as the highest character (rarity should still be locked behind level).

And that once you hit level 30 on any character you get an tripple EXP boost so its way easier to regrind new classes.
Since there is no reward for gaining exp after reaching level 30 I dont see the issue (besides remaking characters over and over to get weekly rewards) of making it that way.
Or, give us 3 tokens to instantly level up to level 30 instead of the booster EXP once you reached level 30 on your first character, this way you can hop straight into the difficulty you want with the new career without it causing duping issues. And it should only happen on the first time, not every level 30 character.

This way you can hop faster into the higher difficulties without needing to dedicate yourself to an long grind on difficulties that are too easy for you.
Yes there will be the obvious “you wont quite know how to play the class properly” but you dont really learn that either from grinding for 30 hours to get where you wanted to be. If they still feel like they dont understand it, they can drop a difficulty and adjust from there.
