I was opening emperor vaults on Saltzpyre and got three red items. One was a trinket, the second was the crossbow Vanquisher and the third was the greatsword Defender of the Reik. This is a bug because I already have the Defender of the Reik skin, it should have given me the other one, Van Hal’s Executioner instead.
This would indicate that either the Van Hal glow skin for greatsword is not in the loot pool, or the system that is supposed to give us skins we don’t already have instead of duplicates isn’t working properly.
EDIT: The system seems to be partially broken, it gave me a new sword illusion properly on Kerillian, but then it subsequently gave me the Endbringer skin for glaive twice instead of the one I was missing.

This happened while I was opening legend vaults and other reward chests on saltzpyre.
That’s not what priority means. Priority means FIRST. If you were running a hospital emergency room would you say "oh no the guy with multiple bleeding gunshot wounds being treated after the guy with a sprained wrist is less likely but still possible because the guy literally dying from blood loss has “priority”?
It should be giving me skins that I do not already own FIRST otherwise the system is worthless, especially given the fact that they just diluted the loot pool even further by adding DLC weapons. This is a grind I have been trying to complete for almost 2000 hours and the recent patch has done little to help that.
