Can't use purchased skin

I bought a skin for the sapper shovel (I’m sorry I don’t know the name, it just rotated out of the shop and I don’t remember it), but when I try to select it on the shovel itself it simply does not appear. The aquilas were deducted and it was marked as purchased. Ideally I would like to just use the skin, but otherwise I want a refund.

The cosmetic is not a folding shovel. You are looking at the cosmetics ui for a folding shovel so it is not listed. There is a trick, technically a bug exploit, that lets you put a non-folding shovel skin on a folding shovel. Change the mark of the shovel to the non-folding one. Apply the skin. Change the mark back.

Hey Parnifia, in the post Gideon404 shared above is a workaround (albeit an interesting one) for this, but I can also refund the purchase if preferred.
