Purchased “Worn Entrenching Tool” for Sapper Shovel on Veteran Class. In-game store shows skin as “Owned” with a check-mark but the weapon cosmetics menu does not display this purchased skin for use.

Sorry about this. This is understandably confusing, but this particular Weapon Skin is only applicable to one mark as mentioned above, and our developers are working on making this clearer to our players.
In the meantime, would you like me to refund the purchase for you?
