Hello I bought some cosmetics from the commodore and I received all but a the worn entrenching shovel skin.

That skin does not work on folding shovels. Only on the non-folding shovel. It’s not a bug.
Edit: Would love it if they brought out a Krieg skin for the folding shovel, or even re-released the Night-Eagle.
