Cannot even play the game

When I boot up the game I’m met with “information, signed in as pOrtAls578” and I press confirm and then it just takes me to another message that says “Backend Error, Error signing in” I haven’t even gotten the chance to play the game even once at all I’m on Xbox series S

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Boot up the game
  2. Press A to Continue
  3. Press Confirm when it tells me signed in as my user
  4. Backend error Error signing in

Could you try connecting your console to a mobile hotspot, only for a couple of minutes, to see if you can load in whilst under another connection?

That didn’t work
I don’t think it’s my Internet as all other online games work fine

Are you using a shared Xbox library?

No im not I do have a second account on my Xbox and I tried playing darktide through that yet it came up with the same issue
