Back End Error on Xbox App

Issue Description:
Ever since the new update I have been trying to play the game but consistently get told “Back End Error: Error Signing In” and am given know explanation of what to do. I’ve waited a few weeks to see if it was merely a temporary bug but it appears that is not the case. I saw recommendations on the forum for this error when playing on Steam but have found none for the Xbox App, which is what I play the game on. I beseech the moderators to tell me what I need to do to continue playing Darktide (if the error can be fixed on my side) or fix it themselves if I having nothing to do. Thank You.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

Please make sure you are logged in to the same account as your Xbox app on the Microsoft Store app also. This is the primary cause of this error for Microsoft Store/Game Pass players.

Good news, after logging in and out of my Xbox account the problem has been resolved. I appreciate the help.
