Cannot deal damage or interact with anything after joining a lobby

Issue Summary: After joining a lobby, I cannot deal damage to enemies or interact with anything in the game, like trying to rescue allies.
Has happened to me only twice since Patch 1.2. Never happened before, even during beta.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Join a game, either through Custom Lobby Browser or Quick Play
  2. Attack enemies or try to revive allies
  3. See that you cannot do any of those

Reproduction Rate: Rare (< 10%)

Additional Information:
Ping was fine: Around 40 on both cases. Connection was stable. I cannot be sure but I suspect my messages in chat didn’t reach the other players.

Turn off smaller network packets under network settings in game or turn off the mod, Player list plus.
